Terms of Service

01Agreeing to these terms

By using roflex.xyz ("roflex", "we") you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

02Not affiliated with Roblox

roflex is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and related names and images are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. You must also follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. Nothing on roflex gives you permission to break them.

03Who can use roflex

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You must be allowed to use Roblox, and you must not have been banned from roflex before.

04Your profile and linked accounts

• You sign in with Roblox. Only link Roblox accounts you own and control.
• Don't impersonate anyone or try to link someone else's account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your profile. Keep your Roblox login secure.
• You can make accounts private or remove them from My collection at any time.

05What you post

You keep ownership of what you add (bio, banner images, notes and messages on offers). You give us permission to store and display it on roflex so the site works. Don't post anything that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual or violent;
• shares someone's personal information without permission;
• infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• is spam, a scam, a phishing link or malware.

We can remove content or hide profiles that break these rules.

06Statuses, offers and buy requests

roflex lets you mark an account as showcase only, open to offers or for sale, and lets other users send offers or buy requests. These are expressions of interest only.

• roflex does not process payments, hold money in escrow or transfer accounts or items.
• Accepting an offer on roflex does not move money or an account and doesn't create a contract with us.
• Anything you arrange with another user happens outside roflex, at your own risk. We aren't a party to it and can't refund, recover or guarantee anything.
• Selling, buying or trading Roblox accounts may break the Roblox Terms of Use and can get accounts banned. You are responsible for following Roblox's rules.

Never share your Roblox password, cookies or 2-step codes with anyone. roflex will never ask for them.

07Things you must not do

• Scam, threaten or harass other users.
• Use bots or scripts to scrape, spam offers or overload the site.
• Try to break into the site, other users' profiles or our systems, or get around bans and limits.
• Use roflex to break any law or Roblox's rules.

08Premium and future features

The Premium page shows planned plans. Nothing can be bought yet. If paid features launch, they'll come with their own pricing and billing terms, which we'll show before you pay.

09Suspension and ending

You can stop using roflex at any time and ask us to delete your profile by emailing support@roflex.xyz. We may suspend or ban profiles that break these terms or put other users at risk, and we may change or shut down features of the site.

10No warranties

roflex is provided "as is". Item values, account details and other data come from Roblox or from users and may be wrong or out of date. Anything labeled Demo is sample data. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

11Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, roflex and the people who run it aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost accounts, items or Robux, or for deals between users. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and show bigger changes on the site before they take effect. Using roflex after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go to support@roflex.xyz.
